Solar panels, regulators and mounting brackets

Photovoltaic solar panels are used to recharge the 12 V battery of the electric fence energizer. According to the power and consumption of the energizer, we recommend choosing the adequate power of solar panel. This is to ensure that the battery can be recharged even on less sunny days.

We offer 3 types of solar panels that differ in power and size. The 40 W solar panel is suitable for energizers with an output power up to 3 J. The 100 W solar panel is suitable for energizers with an output power of 4 - 7 J. The 200 W solar panel is suitable for energizers with an output power above 7 J.

Never connect the solar panel directly to the energizers or battery - always use a regulator to avoid destroying the device. We offer 2 types of regulators for solar panels.

The 10 A regulator is designed for panels with a power of 40 and 100 W. 15 A regulator with a higher charging current is designed for solar panels with a power of 200 W.

We recommend mounting the panels using special mounting brackets on the seurity or transport energizers boxes or on sturdy ground screws holders for solar panels.
