Solar panel fencee 40 W for electric fencing

Photovoltaic solar panels convert the sun's light energy into direct electrical energy. Solar panels are used to recharge a 12 V battery. We recommend selecting an adequate panel output according to the generator's power and consumption. This is to ensure that the battery can be recharged even on less sunny days.

Do not connect the solar panel directly to the generator or battery - always use a regulator to avoid destroying the device.

We recommend to mount the panels using special mounting brackets on the battery and fence source boxes we offer or on brackets - ground screws for solar panels.

Solar panel placement, installation and maintenance

Choose a suitable, unshaded location to mount the solar panel. The panel must be oriented south, as perpendicular to the sun as possible, at an angle of approximately 40°. Connect the connectors with the correct polarity to the controller. Keep the surface of the panel clean. If necessary, clean the glass surface of the panel with water and a soft sponge or cloth.
