Wire dispenser for easier handling of the steel wire.
The wire is placed on the uncoiler and secured with handles. The unwinding device rotates around its own axis and the wire is gradually unwound. The mandrel of the uncoiler shall be driven firmly and perpendicularly into the ground so that the guide pads are in a horizontal position.
