Special insulator for Plus - Minus conductor wiring. Suitable for protection of land, garden. Against entry of pests like marten, cat, fox, dog, raccoon and birds.
It can also be used to increase the safety of a defined area for animals that like to climb. If the animal climbs a wooden wall or fence, it has no contact with the ground, which is necessary for the effectiveness of the standard principle of an electric fence with earthing.
